Waterlogic contacted us to come up with creative ways to add value to their field operations workforce. We produced several innovative creative concepts for a personal development log-book that would document achievements and further enhance value to their colleagues. We managed the whole printing process to ensure the project was rolled out successfully. 

How it worked

The project created engagement for the field operations workforce. It gave them a sense of belonging by providing a platform for them to progress in their careers. Over time this will create promotions in the business and a stronger employee skill set to help Waterlogic grow further.
